CONDO IN REDONDO

A two unit condominium development in Redondo Beach, California located a few miles from the beach. Each unit was designed to accommodate a private roof garden in addition to balconies and patios at grade. With louvers to provide sunshade along large picture windows, this project maximized the building envelope while enhancing the quality of living.
