Who are you?
Scout Regalia is a Los Angeles based, multitasking design practice. Established in 2008 with Benjamin Luddy and Makoto Mizutani, the design studio is dedicated to supporting local fabricators, and aspires to embody innovation, discipline, and inquisitiveness in all the work that is produced. Embracing both the unassuming and ornamental aspects of design, Scout Regalia celebrates the inherent design of everyday living.
Where do you fabricate your furniture and products?
Everything we design is made in the USA, and mostly here in Los Angeles. Working with fabricators we know and trust and supporting local businesses is really important in the way we do things.
What does Scout Regalia mean?
Scout Regalia can be translated as “humble ornament”, or an homage to finding the splendor in something austere and simple.

Do you have downloadable 2D & 3D files? Yes! You can download 2D .dwg files, 3D Rhino, 3D SketchUp and specification sheets on our Dropbox.
We strive to have our products in stock and ready to ship at all times. We ship our products through Fed Ex Ground or USPS Priority: 3-5 business days (US & CANADA). Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions regarding shipping.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com to place your order and schedule shipping. Allow 5-10 business days from the date your order was placed. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped. You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. If you choose to return an item that has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from Scout Regalia. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after you receive the product. Your order is subject to a 15% restocking fee excluding damaged or incorrect orders. Refunds (less shipping and restocking fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition. Please note wood is a natural product and may contain inherent characteristics including but not limited to the following: checking, splitting, natural color variation, mineral staining, wane, tapering, etc. Embracing the characteristics inherent in choosing natural wood allows tremendous increase in the amount of material a tree can yield, therefore maximizing our forest resources.
